- edit config_vars.mk
        vi build/config_vars.mk
        add "-I/usr/local/pgsql/include" to the end of  EXTRA_INCLUDES
        add "-lpq -L/usr/local/pgsql/lib" to the end of  EXTRA_LIBS

?
