Use the following to install the missing headers:
$ wget -P /tmp http://www.tishler.net/jason/software/postgresql/postgresql-7.3.4-2-install-all-headers.tar.bz2
$ tar -C / -xjf /tmp/postgresql-7.3.4-2-install-all-headers.tar.bz2
