Max patched the ./configure script to look for pgsql and lipq headers seperately, as far as I can understand. It adds --with-pgsql-libraries. Now, pgAdmin3 configures under SuSE 8.2, but we have other problems with gcc3.3. Could you review this patch and apply it if needed?
