abstract method error while using rs.beforeFirst() ??? - Mailing list pgsql-jdbc

hi ,

i'm using postgresql 7.3 on mac os x

i'm using postgresql driver for jdbc connectivity for my java servlets.

i get the Abstract method error at the run time at .. rs.beforeFirst() where rs is object of standard sql resultset...

any body plz help me.
