'K, try switching back ... I just took a look around, and the format for
the digests appears to have changed from what I recall it to originally
have been, so I've reset them all to be the same:

times=always
maxsize=64
maxage=1d
subject=[pgsql-hackers] Daily digest v$VOLUME.$ISSUE ($MESSAGECOUNT messages)

let me know if that helps things ... if not, will dive in a bit further ...
