plpython.dll - Mailing list pgsql-cygwin

hello, I'm trying to use the PL/Python extension (on PG 7.2.3), with

CREATE FUNCTION plpgsql_call_handler () RETURNS OPAQUE AS
  '/lib/postgresql/plpgsql.dll' LANGUAGE 'C';

(the same I did with plpgsql, different dll but same path;)

I get:

ERROR:  Load of file /lib/postgresql/plpython.dll failed: dlopen: Win32 error 126


am I missing something obviuos?
