If you can contribute it, I think it would be valuable to the two other
Win32 projects that are working on porting the 7.3 code to Win32.
I don't think they will have any code ready for 7.3 but they may have a
few pieces they want to get in to make their 7.3 patching job easier,
like renaming macros or variables or something.
