The problems noticed by Peter E several weeks ago have not yet been
resolved:

http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&selm=Pine.LNX.4.44.0207082049460.1247-100000%40localhost.localdomain

(namely, that libpqxx and the new SSL code have not been fully
integrated into the tree)

In talking to the author of libpqxx, he *still* hasn't been given a CVS
account -- Marc, can this be done?

Once that has happened, it shouldn't be too difficult to get libpqxx
into shape for 7.3 -- I'll commit to doing the work if no one else
wants to...

Regarding SSL, I'd be inclined to remove it from CVS in a week or two,
unless the author volunteers to fix some of the problems Peter commented
on, or someone else steps up to the plate to fix it.

Cheers,

Neil
