wasunder my care before his death  and now as his son Major Gen. Joseph Kabila has forcefully taken over the
government, I narrowly escaped to Lome, Republic of  Togo  where the money have been deposited in a Security Company
and I am current hiding here till the  money is moved out for possible investment outside Africa .    

I got your contact from business consultant. After narrating my ordeal as a refugee to him, he recommended you and
attestedto your wealth of experience in business and financial management. He assured me of your sincerity and
reliabilityin all form of business ramifications. Upon these recommendation I decided to write you with the hope that
youwill assist in establishing a viable investment in your country or any where in Overseas on your personal advice
alsohave the believe based on the above recommendation that my life hope will not be shattered by a person of your
caliberand that you will take good care of the money for the proposed investment when the money finally gets to your
country.

I intend to give you for your assistance and co-operation 25% of the total sum while 70% goes to me and family and 5%
formiscellaneous expenses after completion of the  transfer . 

The fund is presently in the Security Company’s Vault here in Lome for safe-keeping. This same Security Company
assistedin moving the fund  from Kinshasa down  to Lome with diplomatic coverage .As soon as my proposal is accepted  I
shallgive  you the details of  the Security Company for verification . 

I am presently staying in this country, please be aware that all my life depends on this fortune as I have already
informedthe Security Company that I have a foreign business partner who should be contacted for easy passage of the
fund,though no specific name has been mentioned. I shall forward your particulars to the company as soon as I receive
youracceptance mail.
