While we're on the subject, I find it strange that I need to add

CPPFLAGS+=-I${PGSQL}/include/internal

as libpq++.h -> libpq++/pgconnection.h -> postgres_fe.h which is in fact
internal/postgres_fe.h

Header file spaghetti?
