Hi!
Build upon Pg-Ada-0.0.1, I've started a thick binding to PostgreSQL from Ada.
Pg-Ada is a thin binding, and I added another layer on top of that, to 
make it simplier to use.

I use it at least, and I do think it is easier, and safer than a thin binding. 

Anyone is welcome to try it out and improve it.
