Short Description
postgreSQL v7.1.3 doesn't build properly with gcc v3.0.2 on Solaris 8

Long Description
I attempted a build of postgreSQL v7.1.3 on a Solaris 8 system using gcc v3.0.2 (32-bit). The gcc compiler was built
usingthe posix threading model enabled. The plpgsql regresssion test hung at the WS.not.there test. I then used an
oldbinary of gcc v2.95.1 I had lying around to do exactly the same build of postgreSQL v7.3.1, and the regression tests
allpassed.
