  Aha, i understand 'public' refers only to the ' "=" ' part.
  Isn't ...../postgresql/doc/html/sql-revoke.html a bit misguiding
  saying:

   PUBLIC

      Rescind the specified privilege(s) for all users.

  Anyways, thanx, i'll look for another way to revoke all permissions.
