In the Getting Started chapter, near the end of
the Accessing a Database part, we have an example
of reading queries from a file. The paragraph
and the psql command are inconsistent. In the
paragraph, the file is named myFile and it is
named fileName in the command.
Any file name will do it for me, but it has to
be the same.
