Thanks.  I see the problem and have updated the FAQ.

Vince, do we have a URL that goes directly to docs no matter the
version?  I used the URL:

    http://www.postgresql.org/devel-corner/docs/programmer/odbc.html

Is that the best one that doesn't have a release number in the URL?
