I can't reproduce it. Paralell regression test works perfectly and
returns "All 76 tests passed." . There's no hung-up.

Enviroment:
PIII-550 , 256MB RAM PC
NT4.0 + SP6

PostgreSQL 7.1Beta6
cygipc 1.08+my 2 patch
Cygwin1.dll 010215 snapshot
