Installation failure for Solaris 8 Intel

Long Description
Version 7.0.3 fails to build properly under Solaris 8 (intel
platform).  There are compile errors related to the "varargs"
definitions.

Here are the specifics:

    Version: 7.0.3

    OS:  Solaris 8 for Intel

    Compiler: gnu

     Fix:  I added the following to the file "c.h" in the "include"
subdirectory:

                    #if defined(sun)
                    #include <stdarg.h>
                    #endif
