You do realize that even a 800Mhz Pentium that the math makes
this practically impossible:

800Mhz ==   8,000,000 cycles per second
divided by  4,000,000 queries per second
                  = 2 cycles per query

Those two cycles are spent even before the server gets to
parse the query.

What are you trying to do here?
