Query string length - Mailing list pgsql-interfaces

Hi,

I've posted patches to allow for unlimited query string length.  Please
could someone who knows the ODBC interface well have a look to see if this
needs updating, and perhaps use the opportunity to test it a little.  Other
interfaces that check for this will also need to be adjusted.
