Synopsis
==========
      WAIT FOR [ANY | SOME | ALL] event [, event ...]
      and event is:
          LSN value [options]
          TIMESTAMP value

      and options is:
          TIMEOUT delay
          UNTIL TIMESTAMP timestamp

It`s seem to have some limitations on hot standbys. I`ll take few days
to make a prototype.
