Description:

Following upgrade from Fedora 43 to 44 attempting to run:
/usr/pgsql-18/bin/ogr_fdw_info

Now produces the error:
/usr/pgsql-18/bin/ogr_fdw_info: symbol lookup error:
/usr/gdal312/lib/libgdal.so.38: undefined symbol:
GEOSCoverageCleanParams_setGapMaximumWidth_r
