The reason that that warning is in the 7.4 docs is that we already knew
it was buggy before 7.4 release. (In fact I'm pretty sure this most
recent bug report is a duplicate.)

Okay, I don't want to force an initdb just for this either. But if we
do one for other reasons, it's toast.
