Description:
Postgis 31_12 will no longer install because the goes 3.10.3 libraary is not
available in the repo.
Problem: conflicting requests
- nothing provides geos310 >= 3.10.3 needed by
postgis31_12-3.1.8-1.rhel8.x86_64
This was not the case a few weeks ago...
