Description:

The latest JDBC driver (42.3.6-1) on RHEL 8 rpm repo
(https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/common/redhat/rhel-8-x86_64/)
is not signed, thus dnf install fails (unless gpg check is disabled). The
previous version worked fine:
