We have in fact talked about removing some of the older-generation
print functions (though I was envisioning a slow process of labeling
them deprecated for a few releases...).  It was the quite unnecessary
modification of the exported PQprintOpt struct that got my Irish up.
I've fought way too many hard-to-debug crashes caused by that sort
of change.
