Swiss PGDay 2025: Announcement and CfS

We are pleased to announce the Swiss PGDay 2025, which will take place on Thursday, 26 June and Friday, 27 June 2025 at the University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland, Campus Rapperswil (near Zurich).

The conference will last two days with two tracks. Presentations will be mainly in English, but also in German (and there will be at least one presentation in English in each time slot).

A social event will be organized at the end of the first day of the conference to encourage networking in the community.

The call for speakers is open until 7 April 2025. We expect the schedule to be available by the end of April 2025.

There will be a lightning talk session. Lightning talks will be registered during the conference.

You can also submit a poster description until 2 June 2025. The posters will be shown in the exhibition area. Poster submitters are encouraged to present in a lightning talk session as well.

Companies can take advantage of this unique opportunity to connect with the Swiss PostgreSQL community by sponsoring the event. See the Call for Sponsors for details.

Attendee registration will open in early March 2025.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Rapperswil!

Best regards,
