Announcing the E-Maj 4.2.0 release.

We are very glad to announce the 4.2.0 version of E-Maj.

E-Maj is a PostgreSQL extension which enables fine-grained write logging and time travel on subsets of the database.

This new release is mainly a technical version. In particular, for the emaj extension, the support of postgres versions prior v11 has been removed; and the Emaj_web client is now compatible with PHP 8.

There are also significant performance gains in the emaj_reset_group() function as well as some improvements in the E-Maj rollback of sequences. This release also includes two fixes.

The full documentation is available on line. The core extension is available at pgxn.org and github.org.

The Emaj_web client is also available at github.org.

It supports from v11 to v15 PostgreSQL versions.
