Hello

I'm trying StackBuilder for getting postgis successfully installed on my
postgres db but I'm getting an error:

Couldn't access the URL
https://www.postgresql.org/applications-v2.xml

ERROR: Failed to connect to www.postgresql.org port 443:
Bad access
"""

Even with Postgres 10 and 11 installation fails.
