The following review has been posted through the commitfest application:
make installcheck-world:  tested, passed
Implements feature:       tested, passed
Spec compliant:           not tested
Documentation:            not tested

I tested the master branch (commit 8edd0e7), REL_11_STABLE (commit 24df866) and REL9_6_STABLE (commit 5097368) and
verifiedfunctionality.  This patch fixes the bug I had reported [1] previously.
 

With this in the stable branches is it safe to assume this will be included with the next minor releases?  Thanks for
yourwork on this!!
