postgis for Fedora 23 - Mailing list pgsql-pkg-yum

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade to the latest version of postgresql (9.5), but I fail to find the postgis packages:

I did not find it in the current version for fedora 23 either.

But I did find it in F22:

Is there a simple way to build the package for F23? Both on 9.4 and 9.5?
