the IANA TZ folk have not chosen to instantiate "TRT" as a time zone
abbreviation:

     Turkey switched from EET/EEST (+02/+03) to permanent +03,
     effective 2016-09-07.  (Thanks to Burak AYDIN.)  Use "+03" rather
     than an invented abbreviation for the new time.

This is in line with their new policy of not inventing abbreviations
that don't have any real-world currency.  If you have evidence that
"TRT" is actually in use in Turkey, please send it to the TZ list
(not here).
