FWIW, that page does not provide you that command. Not even the first,
nor even the n'th. You made that up.

Just follow the commands listed in
https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/redhat/ before submitting any
actual report. There is zero change you 'll get this message unless you
are doing some manual stuff that you don't mention us here.
