Oh, never mind, obviously I had my head screwed on backwards there.
Time for more caffeine.

Let's live with the -1 ... but please check that the GUC units stuff
handles setting and reading it nicely.  I want to see "-1" not "-1Kb"
when I inspect the default value ...
