    ALTER TABLE your_table
DROP CONSTRAINT your_column_fkey_constraint,
 ADD CONSTRAINT your_column_fkey_constraint
    FOREIGN KEY your_column
     REFERENCES parent_table( primary_column )
      ON UPDATE CASCADE;
