I didn't see any responses... I'd suggest doing an rpm -Uvh postgresql*
so it sees that you are upgrading all the postgresql packages at once.
--force probably would be okay as long as you have everything shutdown
and are able to get through all of them without other problems, but it's
certainly not optimal.
