Built a full set of HTML docs using this.
After application we receive all of the abilities and issues that
Docbook 4.2 brings.
This means all documentation building machines need to install the 4.2
DTD set when this is applied.
Included are updates to fix comment -> remark, and docinfo -> bookinfo,
refentryinfo, chapterinfo, appendixinfo.
Jade and everything else involved can remain the same.
