I am running the queries and unable to import/export the data tables. The
button is disabled and moreover the download button is also not working.


pgsql-bugs is for reporting bugs in the core postgres database server, which is not a GUI, and has no buttons or menus at all. 

if you are having issues with pgadmin, that tool has its own support, here... https://www.pgadmin.org/support/
