 Description:
 ============
 If trying to create public synonym through Right Click in target type
 Sequence selected by default if selects sequence give its name then target
 schema and target object remain disable. That is technically wrong because
 if select table as target type then sequence become active and added
 successfully.

 Steps:
 ======
 1. Launch pgAdmin
 2. Click on public synonym
 3. And Right click to create
 4. give name ab
 5. select sequence as target type.
 6. Target schema and target object remain disable
