Sometime this week the pgAdmin CVS server (cvs.pgadmin.org) will be
moving onto a new net connection. With DNS propagation etc, and the need
to keep other services on the same box running as much as possible, it
is difficult to predict when the change will take effect, so please bear
with us if the server appears to be down.

PS, this is unrelated from the downtime over the weekend which was
caused by a faulty motherboard. That issue has now been resolved.
