Here is the other one.  The really nice thing about this situation is that there are no VC's breathing down everyone's
necks. If you like to write a lot of code and solve really intense problems, this is a great opportunity.  The last
thingis that for this particular position, you would really be a critical part of the design  and development of their
strategiesand systems.  This is going to be a great position for someone who feels comfortable being an intellectual
leader. Lastly, I have seen situations where they were willing to change course when a better solution was offered.  I
thinkthese guys from the top on down are flexible and really do want to hear from the team members.
