Localization - Mailing list pgsql-novice

Hi all,

this question is, surely, very annoying, but still, i couldn't find
anything on my own.
Does anyone know where can i get Lithuanian charset (or is it locale?
i'm really new to PG...) for postgresql 7.3.3 (running on FreeBSD 5.0)?
