This is a security issue with the postgres backend, you need to edit the
pg_hba.conf file and put an entry in for your host

129.57.33.170

when I'm trying to access database from the remote host using  jdbc I'll

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
    (send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to majordomo@postgresql.org)
