I believe GPL says you can do whatever the hell you want with the code, you
just can't license it yourself.
So I would ASSUME if you took the initiative to port it to RS/6000, it would
be free to the community and Sanchez couldn't do anything about it.... of
course they could still make money off support contracts for it.
