Sorry to bug, but its been a week since I sent this message with an
updated Domain patch without any feedback (and the initial patch
received suggestions quite quick).

Are there any further changes recommended or is it good to go?
Supported SQL constructs are at the bottom of the message.  Once the
base is approved I'll make alterations to psql, pg_dump and friends to
handle the external elements.
