PostgreSQLnow. Its throwing the following error – “ Server doesn’t Listen. could not connect to server: Connection
refused(0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?”<p
class="MsoNormal"> <pclass="MsoNormal">I am running PostgreSql 8.4 on my local machine, OS Windows 7. The issue started
comingafter I had a force shutdown of windows. The DB server was running at that time.<p class="MsoNormal"> <p
class="MsoNormal">Itried starting/restarting the server, but it throws an error saying “System error 5 has occurred.
Accessdenied!”.<p class="MsoNormal"> <p class="MsoNormal">The listen_addresses in my postgresql.conf is *.<p
