From grant manager on table I got this output:
GRANT SELECT, RULE, REFERENCE, TRIGGER ON TABLE db_info.clients TO public;
It should be :
GRANT SELECT, RULE, REFERENCES, TRIGGER ON TABLE db_info.clients TO
public;
Keyword is not REFERENCE but REFERENCES !
