I am installing with the default settings so it is automatically local
settings right ?
On 1 PC it is 9.2 and its working fine but on the other PC it is 9.3 and =
it
is not working. Both are installed with default settings and both PC =
have a
locale NL.

AFAIK the behavior of that case didn't change in 9.3. Are you sure you =
have
the locale settings of your database (particularly lc_numeric) the same =
as
you had in 9.2?
