I am thinking about using the PostgreSQL as gerenciador of data base in my thesis of doutorado WEB MAPING.. However, I am having difficulty in installing it in my computer. I have looked for to follow the procedure of installation in the Windows. I made the Downloud of cygipc1.11-1.src.tar.bz2, but I do not obtain installs it, after to execute the Cygwin setup. It would be possible to receive some aid!
