Hello all,

I just upgraded from 7.0 to 7.0.1 and have the following in the log:
/home/postgres/bin/postmaster child[18147]: starting with (/home/postgres/bin/postgres -d2 -B 64 -F -v131072 -p
webmailstation)
 
FindExec: found "/home/postgres/bin/postgres" using argv[0]
started: host=localhost user=webmailstation database=webmailstation
InitPostgres
FATAL 1:  heapgettup: failed ReadBuffer
proc_exit(0)
shmem_exit(0)
exit(0)

Why this can happend?
