2.3. Access Groups #

2.3.1. Creating an Access Group #

  1. In the navigation panel, go to Access groups.

  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click Create group.

  3. Enter parameters of the new access group (parameters marked with an asterisk are required):

    • Name

    • Add users

  4. Click Create.

2.3.2. Viewing Access Groups #

In the navigation panel, go to Access groups.

The table of access groups with the following columns will be displayed:

  • Title

  • Projects

  • Users

  • Actions

    For more information about available actions, refer to other instructions in this section.

2.3.3. Editing an Access Group #

  1. In the navigation panel, go to Access groups.

  2. Click Edit group next to the access group.

  3. Edit access group parameters. In this window, you can both add and delete users from the access group.

  4. Click Save.

2.3.4. Deleting an Access Group #

Important

To delete an access group, it must not contain users or projects.

Deleted access groups cannot be restored.

To delete an access group:

  1. In the navigation panel, go to Access groups.

  2. Click Delete group next to the access group.

  3. Confirm the operation and click Delete.
